SNAP’s Employee Referral Program
This program provides a monetary incentive for existing employees to refer qualified external candidates that are hired for open positions. Consultants and Independent Contractors who are employed with SNAP more than 6 months are eligible to participate in our Employee Referral Program.
A $1000 bonus will be paid to eligible employees in two installments after completion of 3 months and 6 months of hire. Also the referring SNAP employee must be employed at time of referral and time of payments. Referred applicant must be SNAP employed at time of payments.
